How to Order

1.Shopping

Select a product and place it in your cart.
Please confirm the number of the products you receive and that they are what you ordered.
When viewing your cart contents, you can press the confirm button to move to the pro forma invoice page. The product weight will be automatically computed and the best shipping method suggested.

2.Payment

We will charge you for the total amount of the cost of the product and the shipping. Please pay the amount due by PayPal.
You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation when you complete payment.

	PayPal we'll send PayPal request to your e-mail (which is used on this order) within 48 hours.

3.Shipping

Products are shipped from Japan.
Parcels under 2kg ship by Express Airmail. Those over 2kg ship by Airmail Small Packet. Shipping fees for these respective methods apply. ※The weight of the product includes the packaging.
And.The weight of the packing materials is automatically set at 500g.

	EMS (Express Airmal) 3-5 days delivery with insurance & tracking number.

4.VAT

Customers must pay value-added tax on goods in their own country of receipt.
The tax and duty rate on items varies by country.
You have no obligation to pay Japanese taxes.
You do have an obligation to pay your country’s import taxes or VAT.
Samurai-tools has no obligation to pay for the taxes listed above.

5.Arrival

Your order will usually reach you within one to two weeks.
Note that it may take longer depending on customs clearance delays in your country.
Upon receiving the products, please promptly open and inspect them.
